purchase is fully covered and protected. By registering your
warranty, you secure your sleep investment for years of
lasting comfort, confidence, and peace of mind, because
better rest deserves dependable care.
Our Warranty
A Warranty is your protection against defective workmanship.
It is not a guarantee of product life or more important, of
proper support.
The Guarantee period is covered by a full factory guarantee
against faulty workmanship and faulty materials. This does not
extend to normal wear and tear or damage caused by abuse,
misuse or negligence.
A service warranty period is the period outside of the guarantee
period where the cost of replacement is borne by the customer
on a pro rata basis for the remainder of the service warranty period.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during
the warranty period, inform the retailer from whom you purchased the product, with the nature of your complaint.
The retailer will require the following:
- Product name (found on your mattress label)
- Date and proof of purchase (have your invoice at hand)
- Description of the complaint
