A Warranty is your protection against defective workmanship. It is not a guarantee of product life or more important, of proper support.
The Guarantee period is covered by a full factory guarantee against faulty workmanship and faulty materials. This does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage caused by abuse, misuse or negligence.
A service warranty period is the period outside of the guarantee period where the cost of replacement is borne by the customer on a pro rata basis for the remainder of the service warranty period.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during the warranty period, inform the retailer from whom you purchased the product, with the nature of your complaint.
The retailer will require the following:
- Product name (found on your mattress label)
- Date and proof of purchase (have your invoice at hand)
- Description of the complaint
