Eligibility:
1.1 The social media competition: Spring Unlocked with Slumberland (the “Competition”) is open only to legal residents of South Africa. All ages are eligible to enter the Competition.
1.2 The Competition is only open to persons above the age of 18 or if under the age of 18, with the consent of a parent/ guardian, residing in either South Africa, who are in possession of a valid identity document (“the Participant”), except directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter or marketing service providers in respect of the Competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
Competition Period:
2.1 The Competition will run from 5 September 2024 to 30 September 2024 (the “Competition Period”).
2.2 Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be considered.
How to Enter:
3.1 Participants must have a Facebook or Instagram account to enter the Competition.
3.2 To enter, participants must:
a) Like/Follow the Slumberland Facebook/Instagram page.
b) Comment and tag 3 friends in the comments section of the competition post.
c) Fill in the entry form available on the Slumberland website.
3.3 Participants are allowed to submit only one comment for the Competition.
3.4 Participants must adhere to Facebook’s & Instagram’s terms of service and community guidelines when posting their comments.
Winner Selection:
4.1 The winners will be determined based on random selections on Facebook & Instagram during the Competition Period.
4.2 The winners will be announced on 5 October 2024.
Prize:
5.1 The prize for the winner is a Slumberland Hybrid bed.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
5.3 Slumberland reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
General Terms:
6.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Slumberland, which are final and binding.
6.2 Participants acknowledge that their entries may be shared and displayed publicly on Facebook, Instagram and other Slumberland marketing channels.
6.3 Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost or delayed as a result of any network, computer or cell phone hardware or software failure of any kind.
6.4 Slumberland reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent, offensive, sexual nature, political or any unethical behavior.
6.5 Slumberland reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
6.6 By entering the competition, participants grant Slumberland permission to use their comments for promotional purposes.
6.7 By entering the competition, participants also grant Slumberland permission to post the winner’s name and image on Slumberland’s social media platforms without requiring further consent.
6.8 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram. Participants release Facebook/Instagram from any and all liability related to the Competition.
